Short version: we collect what we need to bring a crib to your house, we do not sell it, and this site runs no advertising trackers.
Who we are
This site and the rental service behind it are operated by LBI Crib Company LLC, which trades as LBI Crib Co. That company is the one answerable for the information described below. To reach a person about any of it, email katelynspinozzi@gmail.com or call (609) 891-8228.
What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, the delivery address, your dates, any access notes you give us, and anything you type into the notes field. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number and message. That is the entire list.
Why we collect it
To deliver a crib to the right house on the right day, to reach you if plans change, and to keep a record of the booking. Notes about the property, such as where to leave the crib, parking, or a gate code, exist solely to complete your delivery and are visible only to us.
Who we share it with
Our email provider, so we can send you a confirmation. Google Calendar, so the delivery appears on our own operational calendar. Our hosting provider, which stores the booking record. Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Access codes are removed from the record once the rental is complete. Contact-form messages are kept for two years.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie on the owner's admin login, which is never set for visitors.
Your choices
Email katelynspinozzi@gmail.com and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no verification runaround. We are two people with a spreadsheet's worth of bookings.
Children
This site is intended for adults booking equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for a child's name. The only child-related field is an optional age in months, which helps us set the mattress height correctly.
